ICE offers a variety of classes instructed by a highly motivated and qualified staff. We keep our classes small with only 8 athletes. We help our tumblers reach their goals, with correct form, in the fastest, safest manner possible. With proper progression and technique we can produce a more confident and disciplined athlete. Each class is a flat rate of $60/month. You will automatically be enrolled each month so there is no need to re-register once you are signed up.

Flexibility is essential to flying. To excel at stunting, flyers must be able to perform all body positions. When stunting at an elite level flyers need to be able to execute extreme body positions and core control. These classes will teach athletes how to stretch properly and help them to maximize their flying potential and help with body awareness.
This is not a stretching class but a true stunting class on our Thunder boys. We will teach different variations of stunts for all levels. If you are a current flyer on a team, we encourage you to check this class out!
Lady Lightning Stunt Class
This class is designed for both bases and flyers. During this class flyers and bases will work with Lady Lightning girls to perfect proper technique and improve overall skill in stunting. Learn the same stunting skills that Darlene has taught these girls!
