JOSH STONE

In 2004, Josh began cheerleading at ICE as an athlete under the instruction of Darlene Fanning. Josh has over 10 years of experience as an athlete, coach and choreographer in the business. In 2012, he joined the Top Gun Allstars earning him a 4th place finish at the World Championships. In the last 3 years at ICE, Josh's coaching and choreography has led teams to countless National Titles, Grand Championships and Summit Finalists. In 2015, all 4 of his teams placed top 3 at NCA Nationals, 2 of which won NCA for the 1st time at ICE including the Senior level 3 and Junior level 4 divisions, and all attended the Summit! While at NCA, 3 of those 4 teams also received the prestigious choreography award. In 2014, all 3 of his teams placed top 3 all season long including Summit, NCA, and Cheersport Nationals. Josh also choreographs numerous colleges and high schools to various state and national championships- One of which leading the University of Michigan to their 3rd consecutive NCA College National Championship title this past season. Josh enjoys working with the level 2-4 teams.


Ernie Valdes

Ernie was born and raised in Miami, Fl where he got his start as an all-star cheerleader on Top Gun Large Coed as well as junior coaching for Miami All-Stars. He then continued his coaching career by head coaching Top Gun Junior All-Stars which later became the first Top Gun Senior Lady Jags team. As he pursued his four year degree at FIU in Miami, he went on to form his own program, the Legend Lady Jags All-Stars. As an athlete, he was nominated both high school and collegiate all american, and was a member of the 1996 Summer Olympics Opening Ceremonies Performance team. During the end of his own cheer career he went on to win the top prize “NCA Nationals Grand Champion” by beating every other team at the college level while competing with the Florida International University Competition Cheer Squad. As a coach and choreographer, Ernie has won numerous innovative choreography awards, as well as several NCA, UCA, JAMFEST, WSF, and USASF Worlds Titles. Ernie is a great motivator, his passion and work ethics are easily noticed around the gym and at competitions. He loves what he does and feels blessed to have the opportunity to work with such incredible athletes. He is a teacher, mentor, and a wonderful role model for everyone at ICE.

Shannon Young 

Shannon is a native Oklahoman living in the city of Chicago. He comes with an extensive background in all levels of cheerleading from school, all-star and college. Shannon joined and partnered with Darlene in 2014 to become an owner of ICE. Shannon has won school and all-star national championships at NCA, UCA and many other organizations as an athlete and coach. Shannon has had an extremely successful all-star coaching and choreography career. A sought after choreographer working with teams here in the United States and Europe. Shannon has coached teams to championships at the USASF Cheerleading Worlds and the Summit. Shannon looks forward to helping ICE grow as an even more powerful force in the all star world.

CODY LATIMER

From Syracuse, NY. Went to Guilford College in North Carolina and Westfield State University in Massachusetts. Cheered in college and at Cheer Extreme Allstars in Kernersville, NC. Won Pop Warner Nationals as a first year rec coach. First season at ICE coached a team that earned ICE Mishawaka's first Summit Bid. This will be Cody's second season coaching at ICE. Personal Trainer and Cheer Music Producer outside of coaching.


Breann Gentile 

Breann was born and raised in the Frankfort Illinois and began cheering at the age of 10 for a recreational program. She later went on to cheer in high school at Lincoln-Way East and won a sectional championship title and competed at state in 2006.  She started coaching a recreation team from 2005-2007 receiving 1st place in Dayton Beach, Florida both years.  She also cheered at Cheer Command Rockets where she found her love for all-star cheer. From 2011-2014, she started coaching at Cheer Envy all-stars. She was also a part owner her last year at Cheer Envy. While at Cheer Envy she has won National Champioinships at American Championship, Jamfest,, WSF, JamLIVE,Champion Spirit Group and U.S Finals.  In 2014 Cheer Envy joined forces with Ultimate Athletics. While working at Ultimate Athletics her Youth 1 team won a at large bid to the Summit. She has been around kids her whole life. Working at a daycare, pediatric dentist, nanny and cheer coach, you can say she has a real passion to work with kids and has great patience. She loves to see kids grow and develop new skills.  Breann is excited to start this new journey with the ICE family. 


Ronny Brown 

Ronny grew up in Granger, Indiana and started cheerleading at the age of 16. He cheered for ICE Mishawaka where he spent his first two years and traveled to ICE Aurora and ICE Fort Wayne for his third season. In 2014 he attended The Cheerleading Worlds with ICE Fort Wayne’s Small Coed 5 team “Black ICE”. Ronny has been teaching Tumbling/ stunting classes at ICE Mishawaka for the past two years. Outside of cheerleading Ronny attends Indiana University South Bend and works in the Membership Department at ICE Mishawaka’s Fitness center.
